We are currently not accepting any returns.
Exchanges can only be made if your pet needs a different size. To be eligible for an exchange please contact us within five days of receiving your order at email@example.com. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item you want to exchange is sold out, you may select a similar item with the same value as the original purchase. We do not cover cost of return shipping or refund the original shipping for any items eligible for exchange.
Requests outside of the five day period will not be eligible for exchange.
If there is an issue with a defective order please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the product within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Custom orders and sale items are not eligible for exchanges.
