Please keep in mind that everything on our website is handmade. An order can take approximately up to 1-3 days to make before moving to the packaging stage.
Processing time is subject to change at any time.
Once an order moves to our packaging stage please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information while we package and deliver your items to the post office.

Due to the unique characteristics of the fabrics we use, pattern placement may vary depending on size, style, and width selected.
Shipping
Once an order has shipped it may take up to 5-7 business days to arrive to your location, please be mindful of shipping delays due to the current climate. Chidow Pets is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once an order has shipped. Once an item ships an email will be sent to you with tracking information.
If an order is returned to us and you do not want the order reshipped, you will still be charged original shipping fees.
